Notes:

Guildcard

If the report is not related to a specific account, use N/A.
To see your guildcard in game, open the menu with Home or F12 and select Chat > Guildcard > My Card.

Character Slot

If the report is not related to a specific character, use N/A.
If the report is related to the common bank, you can indicate it with (Common Bank)
The first note of this section still applies, so if you are only reporting the common bank, use N/A (Common Bank).
There are only 4 character slots, use the slots where the problem is if applicable, use only numbers.

Date/Time

If the report is not related to a specific date/time, use N/A.
Please be concise, if you don't remember the date/time, use an approximate.
Post the time with a timezone.
