Account Recovery Not Working

Hi, sorry if this isn't properly formatted, I created a forum account for the sole purpose of hopefully recovering my account. I've tried to use the site account recovery option to get access to my game account, and it didn't work. Earlier today I was playing on my account 888poke using my main hunter Nain and another character, Panaka. I had been playing with a friend, and during one of the times I had booted up the launcher to switch characters I accidentally clicked on the option that deleted the current login credentials and I couldn't remember my password, so I tried to use the site recovery. I KNOW I have the right email address for the account, because when I tried to create a different account it told me my email was already in use, but I haven't recieved any link to recover the account in my email even after waiting.

 

I'm SUPER bummed out by this, because I had 4 character slots all with a bunch of cool stuff that I had gotten through normal gameplay and from the kindness of other players. Even after waiting and refreshing my inbox and spam folder multiple times, I still haven't gotten an email with a way to recover my account.

 

These are the concrete details I can remember about the account to hopefully help with recovery.

 

There are 4 characters: a HUmar named Nain who is level 35 or 36 ( i levled recently and cant remember exactly which level im on now) with a Redria ID, a Force named Nikra that's level 105, a Ranger named Panaka that's level 26 with a Purplum (or however its spelled) ID, and another Hunter named Sera V 0.1 that's around level 60.

 

Some items I remember having (though I can't remember which character had possession of them) Flowens Sword, Diska of Braveman, Striker of Chao, a bunch of AddSlots, Asura Mag Cell, a Bhivara mag, a Kabanda mag, plenty of scape dolls, digrinders, Diska of Liberator, I think a shield called Honeycomb Shield? It's the cool rainbow one that changes appearance when the player character is moving. There's a lot more too, but a lot of the items were just always in my bank collecting dust so I don't know them all by name.

 

I just don't want to lose everything, I've put a lot of time and effort into all my characters and yeah I COULD just do it all over again, it would really suck. I play PSO with a couple friends of mine and if I have to start from zero again it'll be a royal pain to have to play catch up again.

 

If any of the mods could help me, I'll be super grateful. If I need to provide an email address to the account, I will, I'd just rather not do it publicly on the forum.

Just to discard the possibility, have you checked the..... non-wished Inbox?  (blacklisted Inbox? Sry, now that I think about It my hotmail has always been In spanish )

I've checked other inboxes as well such as my trash folder, spam, and other inboxes it could've gone to.
