Account Recovery

I am missing items in my account . I have not logged on for a year I have returned and I am missing Armors and weapons that I have purchased in the game . Is there anyway this can be investigated and recovered?

at least u can add some information, Guild card, name character

 

i dont  understand  how  the people want help if  dont bring  information

The Guild card number is the same for all three characters (42216965). I have 3 character names on this guild card.  The names are: (1) Nox, (2), Haku, and (3) Saizo. All of these characters are level 200.

And what kind of items?

Have you thought about checking your common bank with /bank ?

I see a lot of "armors and weapons" in there.

I had alot of weapons' like Dark meteor for my ramar I had mags that were designed for each character my ramar as well as armor slot filled with cent abilities, heavenly/arms they are all empty now and my bank has none of my mags .

I checked my common bank on all accounts I did not see any of the items that are missing.

Are you sure it was all on this account and you didn't lend it or its stuff to anyone?

If so, feel free to ask help from Soly with an approximate date of when you've last seen those items.
