As far as I noticed, and this is might just be pure coincidence, but most techs of that rarity drop in Ep4 Sub desert and Seabed. Not even ruins. Also noticed that some IDs have a special predeliction for it. Might I suggest a Pinkal etc. I once found a Grants 28 there and a Megid 28.

Well everyone has Psycho Ravens now and I doubt until some sort of change happens not too many female characters will be made. So here is my suggestion and I know there are a few who agree with me... That we take the Dual Bird that we have now make it usable only by female and lower the ATA requirement to 200, add about 18 ATA, and somewhere between 250-300 ATP boost, which would leave them still weaker and less accurate than Psycho Ravens, but boosted enough to make them worth using... Female HUs have no mechguns to use and female RAs only get one choice which would Yases... ATP - 252(with upgrades) -> 402-552 ATA - 22 -> 40 ATA Req - 210 -> 200

Grants... Oh god, one of the hardest techs to get. I recommend going on Ultimate for it, preferably with a Pinkal ID character, that ID finds techs really easy.

LOL I hardly think any set of mechguns on a hunter would compare to either of those weapons on a racast. If we were asking for a hunter DM, maybe you'd have an argument that's plausible. I don't think anyone here is asking for a mechgun that's superpowered WITH a hardcore special, it's either one or the other and we get that.

Grants is one of the more difficult disks to find, but I think I also have a couple laying around if savagefist doesn't catch you first. Also if you are really serious about using grants I highly suggest you try to obtain a Hylian Shield (+100% grants boost, among others) in the Triforce Event which will be coming up after the current Summer Event ends.

I think techs drop pretty much everywhere in game, I had a boss dropping zalure 30 once. The highest the difficulty the highest techs will be, it's a matter of luck I think :3 There are some players that sell high level techs too, if you get some pd you might want to consider that option.

Found Soulbooster used on 35hit excal with racast xferd it to fomarl in same room on diff account on normal differculty went to jungle and it was 100souls skin TP special etc then joined a ep4 room it changed back to excal with fomarl and said 800ATP needed but i still had it equiped when i joined room so i was using a excal zerk spec and only had 650ATP, When i switched wep wouldnt let me equip again. I got pics of excal Soul booster and 100souls.. can check drop logs. I can vouch for this, I was in the same room when the Soul Booster dropped (in fact I killed the Gibbles ).

xD Ok, make a poll out of this, of the following question : If you had 3 characters, a HU, a RA and a FO, and you found 1 PGF. What item would you make? - Dark Meteor - Dark Flow - Dark Bridge Thumb me down if you like, but DB is really the worst choice. The Pwand is better with it's RAfoie boost, even if it cuts out more health. The megid being able to pierce is not that useful, if there are several monsters in a room, they're mostly not in one line. FOnewearls always posses that abillity and a demonic fork does the trick aswel. The berserk special, not really a good idea on a Rod. The only thing that could have a bit of use is the grants boost in certain situations, like battling the ep4 boss or girtablulu's. But yet again, it's only 10% more then a merc rod. DM and DF are unique weapons that outclass any other weapons of the same type together with a totally unique special.
