Hello and welcome to the Ultima Server. 3 seals drops on skyly too, also from vhard delbiters like on redria. The stats are still 33 for everything, resists, dfp, evp, requirement, and it has a 25% ra boost. Hylian shield will not be dropping until the triforce event, (between summer and halloween), but many were farmed and it may be possible to trade for one, its boosts are 100% grants 75% rafoie 60% razonde, 35 edk 32 eth 25 efr. It also adds +1 to all tech levels and 20 mst. Also obtainable in the triforce event is the Master Sword, which is basically a weaker Tsumikiri J-Sword that forces can use. Some merges drop in the christmas even from very hard bosses (vol opt), including resta merge. The ignition/tempest/congeal cloaks are vanilla on this server, only 10% to their respective simple tech. Psycho Wand is 45% ra techs on this server, from purple mil lily and whitill del lily. Psycho Bridge will be very difficult to obtain, as it requires both the extremely rare dark bridge (pgf is christmas event) and a proof of sonic team (which is dropping somewhere in this easter event, and is also used to make the much more sought after arrest needle, a spread needle upgrade with 400 atp 60 grind 75 ata). Not many people have dark bridge or psycho bridge on this server, the boosts on psycho bridge are 75% rafoie 75% razonde 95% rabarta, as well as giving a small amount of hp. It does not inflict status effects like dark bridge does, but it does reduce tp cost for hp drain like psycho wand does. Grants boosts are a little more limited, mostly hylian shield 100%, mercurious rod 30% (claires deal trade), cadeceus 20%, clio 10%, and mother garb+ (all forces random 30% grants boost. normal mother garb is still fonewm only). For Fomar the Godric's Cloak is dropping in this event. Likely increases ata significantly. Fomarl can wear the female only Kroe's Sweater for 10 ata over max, and can get a blank rambling may(exceptionally fast on fomarl) from the valentines quest, generally fomarl has a very wide variety of gear and is fairly competent at meleeing. In terms of damage, a maxed fonewearl with psycho bridge and hylian shield will just barely break 800 on bartles, with pwand+hylian it's 746 vs bartle. Fonewearl and Fonewm damage are almost identical when maxed, (about 12 damage more for fonewm with rafoie vs ultimate goran). Yeah, UAC is probably what is crashing the other client

It does make a big difference, if not the biggest difference, as squish's practical example shows. If you want specifics I did manage to come across this damage formula here: http://azurepso.webs.com/psostatistics.htm basically (BaseATP x Shifta) + (WeaponATP x Attributes) + (ATPVariable x Shifta) + Grinds + ShieldATP + ArmorATP = ATP (ATP-DFP/5) x attack type multiplier = your damage So a 1000 atp weapon with 50% would actually have 1500 atp vs that type, whereas one with 100% would have 2000 atp vs that type. Weapons with Attribute %s and your Base Atp with Shifta are the largest numbers there. ATP Variables on weapons is why some weapons scale better with shifta than others, but the most of the atp variables are usually so low (0-5, 0-10, 0-50) they don't make a significant difference, and even with those select few that do have a large variable the weapon %s are still going to be the stronger factor overall. Grinds/shield/armor just adds a paltry amount of atp on top. The most important things for damage are maxing out that base atp and the weapon attribute %s.

Hey, There is a big difference between 80 and 100. Afaik. Take two DMs, one with 100/0/0/100/50 (call it A) and 80/0/0/80/50 (call it . If you go ahead and hit a Booma on Ultimate, with no s/d on with "A" you deal approximately 900 damage (give or take) and if it was 80, you would deal about 700. What it does basically is boost your effective ATP on the mob you have the % weakness to. So 100% is double damage. I hope this clarifies a little.

Go outside? There's nothing good to hunt there.

The server is not down per say, however there are three "servers" that make the game "work", as you see on the main Ultima PSOBB page with the server status at the top right of the page: Patch server, Log-in Server and Ship Server. If any three of these is down, the server is essentially, down. Right now, the log-in server is down, so without it, you cannot log into the server. However, anyone who has stayed on the server after the log-in server went down, since the ship server is still up, are able to stay on the server... Unless they either change characters or quit the game, then they too are now cut off from the server. This situation will not be resolved until either Larva or Lee reboot the log-in server to my understanding. In the meantime, my only advice is to find something else to do. Perhaps maybe this is a good sign to turn OFF the computer and go outside, or at least, do something else, like maybe go watch a movie. Regardless, be patient and hopefully the log-in server will be more cooperative tomorrow.(or maybe that dumbass Broomop will stop attacking it, who knows for sure...)

Hi i have tryt to dual log i have 2 accounts and the client crashes if i only try to open a second. i did remove the option save id an password. here is what i do : start pso(window mode) by clicking online.exe press start game --> wait for patch server --> wait for login ---> now im in lobby ---> switch to desktop ---> try to run another Pso client ---> 1st Client crashes ..... -.- pls hlp

you maybe forget to go on configuration panel then systeme and security , then user account control then put the thing down then press ok . It should work now

F2 is the quick way of changing your weapon/armour/shield/mag without going to F12. Pressing ctrl+end together is the most efficient way to change your weapon in game . You can also access mates/atomisers/telepipes etc and techniques from this same window by pressing the right arrow key. If you're referring to customising controls then you need F12 for that . Feel free to annoy Chuk if you have any further questions, he never has enough work.

What you can do is : Rename the PsoBB.exe to PsoBB_old.exe And rename PsoBB.pat to PsoBB.exe then run that one. Normally it shouldn't be done that way if you run it as admin though. But it's possible the antivirus doesn't allow PSO to remove the old exe and replace it with the new one.

If it's was related to the database issues it should be fixed today. Are you running the online.exe as administrator? Is there an online.pat file in your PSOBB folder?

Im going set a special attack to basically any weapon that I am allowed to add specials to. What does that mean? Every one knows that the Yasminkov series weapon can be found but without any special which is also the same for other weapons like Nug bazooka etc... My mini event is this: I'm going set special attacks on these weapons in exchange for the same weapon, in addition to another weapon with the special you want and 20 PDs (I think it's fair enough because this weapon with special are the best of the best XD), an example: So I want a Yasminkov 9000m with hell; well I will need to bring a Yasminkov 9000m + a mechgun series with hell + 20 pds. What is meant with mechguns is any regular type mechguns such as vulcans, gatlings etc...with the special that you want. (Hell Vulcans as an example). For a Yasminkov 7000v you will need the Yasminkov 7000v, a rifle series (Beams/Laser etc...) with the special you want + 20 pds. Finally, the Yasminkov 2000H you need Yasminkov 2000h a handgun series (Lockgun/Raygun etc) with the special + 20 pds The stats of the original Yasminkov will be the stats of the new Yasminkov. i hope to have explained well.
