Make a 32x32 bmp of the flag you want to have (note: pure black shows up as clear in game, use slightly lighter black for black). 2. Put it in your C:/Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst/teamflag folder. 3. In game, go to the lobby counter and enter the team menu, and you can change it to the new flag there. Also it first brings your HP down to the point where it would be before you use any HP materials, then raises it by 600 after that. It will help you from getting knocked down.
