For this method you need to be dual logging a Whitill to make a room in ep2 ultimate and have an alternate bluefull character on a separate account. Kill off the first 3 spawns in LHB then /lobby the whitill to have the room be bluefull and kill off the Ill Gill spawn then rinse& repeat. This has worked for me- since you get 5 chances rather than only farming 3 ill gills per run or only 2 delbiters per run on another ID. Idk if you're into dual logging but I hope this helps~
