Try adding an exclusion in your anti-virus. If you're using win10, navigate to Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Virus & threat protection settings > Manage settings > Exclusions > Add or remove exclusions and from there add the location of your "Ultima PSOBB" folder. You may or may not have to reinstall the game afterwards for it to work properly again.

What are the Buttons for 360° Camera Change and Big Map Overlay?

I don't know of any camera option like that in-game but in character creation; ctrl and shift will rotate the character left and right, respectively. If you want an easier method to access the map overlay; enable "Custom Hotkeys" in Ultima launcher's "Options". You can then access the map by using the shortcut ctrl + m. -
