For this method you need to be dual logging a Whitill to make a room in ep2 ultimate and have an alternate bluefull character on a separate account. Kill off the first 3 spawns in LHB then /lobby the whitill to have the room be bluefull and kill off the Ill Gill spawn then rinse& repeat. This has worked for me- since you get 5 chances rather than only farming 3 ill gills per run or only 2 delbiters per run on another ID. Idk if you're into dual logging but I hope this helps~

I dream of a day when the majority of posts on the forum aren't for buying and selling shit.

I'm kinda getting sick of the exorbitant amount of selfishness that people are exhibiting recently. I've noticed this most in two places, but I know It's happening to a lesser degree in others.
The thing that really got me thinking was CAL's Clock Challenge. I started working on it based on two requests that I got that sounded really interesting. Once I had it to a good point, I asked Soly to put it on the test server so that I could test it with a full party to make improvements before I put out a full version. I spent countless nights sitting around waiting for people to be willing to log onto the test server to help. This didn't bother me so much as the reason I was given as to why people wouldn't come. It was "What's the point if my real character doesn't get anything?". It struck me because that isn't at all true. Sure they won't get anything in an immediate sense, but it'll help with getting the quest out in a timely manner, and then the character can benefit form pre-knowledge. Plus it should be fun. If it isn't fun in testing, then it can be fixed to be fun. In all of these cases, you're benefiting. But I can understand how some people wouldn't want to give up potential gain right away, for something that they don't know they'll even like. Or give up on plans that they'd already made.
What did bother me was that after all of that, once it was finally released on the live server, the responses I got when I asked people if they wanted to try it out with me. The vast majority of people I asked immediately asked back about the reward. That's pretty normal of a question in my opinion, but the fact that it mattered so much to them that they wouldn't run it got me a little confused. Why does the reward matter so much? The game itself should be reward enough. That's why you 'play' a game and not 'endure' it.
This got me paying closer attention to why people were doing the things they did. And it really all seemed to come down to 'I'll do it if it advances me or my character'. This is a good mindset to have, you'd be doing stupid things if you didn't have it. But at a certain point you can go too far, and I think that our community is getting perilously close.
When I first started here, I almost quit within a week. I had actually already started looking for a new game to play when a group of players invited me to play with them. And they helped me out by giving me things that made it possible for me to enjoy my time with them. And I don't mean trivial things like Custom Ray v.00 or Vivienne (though people did give me those things), but things that they could just as easily have sold me. 80% of the techs I still use were given to me, Levels 29 and 30. I still use some of the weapons and units that they gave me. And when one of them left to move on in the world, they split up the content of their account among their friends. An easy 70% of the equipment I'm using is borrowed or given to me.
And now I see people making "I'm quitting, selling items for X external currency", and that makes me sad. When did the game become less about the community and fun and more about money?

Wasn't CCC released the same day as April Fool's and green names+ x5exp weekend? That would explain the lack of people wanting to play this quest when it first came out. As for while it was still in the works... I don't think the forum and the test server get enough advertisement. Lots players in-game don't even know about either. As for how some people only want to play certain quests to advance their character, yes I can understand that- and I have been guilty of doing this at times, but I think for this specific situation, it was only a partial part of the problem(perhaps mini events for running said obscure quests, could solve part of this problem). Also, maybe have the forum website somewhere in the Lobby? However, when it comes to this server's community in general about trying stuff for fun and not rewards...yea, not many are not up for it. This isn't really anything that can be helped, considering not everyone is in touch with the community, and just want to play the game. And I do agree, set a ban for selling things for other game currencies. It's messing with the economy and its kind of like a last middle finger to everyone after they already left. As for the quest's difficulty, I can't speak on that, since I have yet to find a group of three other people for a full party. But since you get meseta for every wave, there's still that to take away from it. Just my opinion, I wouldn't dwell in the negativity so much, and just appreciate the positivity. As for the problem at hand, I gave my suggestions to solve some of these issues.
