Having Trouble Patching The Game after a reinstall

So earlier today when I tried to start PSO, the game would freeze entirely and effectively slow down my whole PC. So I uninstalled the game completely and reinstalled it. Now, when I try to run the initial patch for the game, my Antivirus software, which is Avast! by the way, is blocking the files for the patch, which it never did in the past. Also, trying to exempt PSO or turn off the Avast! software while installing the patch will cause PSO to crash right after launch. I'm not sure what to do to get around this. Any ideas? -
The new Launcher is blocked by my Anti-Virus software :x

I'm still confused about one part. So aside from the team we play with, would each player have to play this 12 times? Or only 3 times? By that I mean, do you seperately have to complete these quests using each of the twelve characters AND all of the section IDs on your own account, or can you only complete 3 runs where each player of a team of 4 uses a different character and different section IDs each run?

Ok, I'll make a second post for the last screenshots, BUT: A HUcaseal with a black mag entering Mines 1 in the first room. A HUcaseal, RAmar, FOnewm, and HUcast posing at the victory screen after defeating Dark Flaz 3 players standing in the room with the Lava waterfall in Caves 1. 2 players in Normal Forest 1 fighting 2 Savage Wolf and a Barbarous Wolf A Panzer Tail is the bank with the PBs Leilla, Estilla, and Pilla A HUcaseal and a FOnewearl at the end of Subterranean Dessert after killing Kondrieu and LAME D'ARGENT on the ground.

And yet, Dark Flow outperforms it with more ATP and a better special. It's fine.

Tbh, I'd rather the Type weapons were put back up over PGF, since there is no way to get Type weapons now... Specifically Type ME/Mechs. I'd love a pair of Demon Mechs for my HUcasey. -

I actually like the idea of prestige where you hit max level and then you have the option to set your rank back to level 1, but keep your mats used and change your section id without having to change your name. So theoretically, we could make whatever name we wanted on a character AND have the desired Section ID.
