To be fair, if Baranz missiles hit any level 200 RAcast, goodbye. Your defense stats have nothing to do with that, RAcast just has too much HP to handle those lol. Same goes for Gal lightning, or Gal/Shamby tornadoes

Yeah, Shamby tornadoes is goodbye no matter which plan you use haha. 

But believe me, Baranz missiles on non EVP racast hits much less often than the one with EVP maxed... total bullshit.

Anyways lets see if Saith can tell why this happens.

They might hit more, but you're gonna die either way if you take a full missile barrage to the face on RAcast
