Did you put it in the common bank at all? They do also tend to get a little buggy when getting switched, I always changed blocks to 'lock' them when they evolve. Staying in a room too long can bug the room I don't know if that does anything to mags, I try to avoid it. But as for getting it back, you'll need a GM for that.

Ask a player with the ID to level it for you (Only has to be from 99 to 100) I have an open character slot for this. If you go that route PM me when it's time and I'll turn it to Pushan. (I also sell mags if yu want to go the lazy route xD)

The common bank is not a safe place for mags, even if they're only in there long enough to change characters. I would recommend having someone hold (if there's someone you trust) or sandboxing if you have a second account. I know you're problem is fixed, but hopefully that saves you some heartache down the line!
