I checked your bank, it contains 5 consumables. It probably needs a wipe or a rollback. Fixing it with the reader would take a long time.

Several people have reported this problem. It can happen when the login is down but players are still on the ship. Now with the hacking attacks lately, I don't completely rule out that they might have corrupted some stuff. Could you try to leave and rejoin the team?

First of all, make sure your username and password don't contain capitals & weird characters. Are your keyboard setting correct? Try typing your password in the user field to see it shows up correctly. Can you give me your username/guildcard to be sure nothing is wrong with your account.

Can you post the name and class you picked? And the ID it gave you/as well as the ID in the game? It's possible I missed one character in a table.
