Thanks so much guys, I've now been able to login without errors - although this fix seems to confuse the whole situation even more! The issue was with the uppercase letters in my password. What's weird about this is that uppercase letters did work in the username field, and also, my previous password contained several uppercase letters, and I never had a problem with this password. Same thing also applies to a brother of mine that plays also - his password contains uppercase letters, has always worked and still works... Very confusing indeed. But either way, your guidance helped and my account is now fully working! So thank you guys very much I hope I am able to repay you in some way in-game or something!

Hello everyone, I have had a fair amount of issues with my current account. I am a new user, and so I'm not entirely sure this is a common error, although I have had it with 2 different accounts. The issue is that whenever I try to register my UserID in-game, it states my username/password is incorrect. However, it isn't. I know this because I have changed my password multiple times, each time to simpler passwords, and it still gives me the same error. In order to change my password, I need my correct old password. The fact I have been able to change my password so many times shows that I know what my passwords are each time and I am typing them in correctly. I change it every time to no avail. I still receive the same error. This has only happened with my current account with the latest update/patch. I was unable to use my previous account entirely, from the moment I created it, due to this same issue. My current account has been working perfectly until this same issue appeared. I thought it may be my client, and so I uninstalled PSOBB Ultima entirely, and now I have re-installed, I am still getting the same error. Nothing has changed. I have checked all my settings, my internet connection, my credentials - everything, and no change in anything has helped in the slightest. The error is still the same indefinitely. I have now been unable to play for over a week. I have looked through instructions on getting my password reset etc. and followed all the steps I can, and my patience is really beginning to fail me. I've contacted the only admin I know of, and after 2 messages and despite that particular admin having been online since my messages, the messages have not been seen. So now I am reaching out to the people of the Ultima server to see if this issue has happened to anyone else before, or if anyone knows of any potential fix.
