Rico's parasol is useable by all male characters. It's a charge partisan that doubles the range of shifta deband and resta. It's very useful for male force characters imo and it looks bad ass. It's an item introduced during the Valentine's event (which is coming soon). It dropped from Gol Dragon 1/104 I think from pinkal and a few other ids if I remember correctly.

It's identical to Tyrell's Parasol, except it is all classes. Red and White colors, resident evil umbrella style.

300 atp charge partisan so it's quite strong (basically baranz launcher as a partisan)
