So you did not dc according to what you said. You created a new character and put your items on him. You then deleted the character and forgot you did not take the items off of the character? This is correct, right? Since it is the player who made the mistake the rollback is denied. We only cover rollbacks under certain rules. Well this is a list of bugs that we have...its not completely up to date but it is accurate (we do not have unsealing bugs anymore). http://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/topic/5355-read-this-first-frequent-bugs/ The warn status for you is good right now since your entire bar is clear. The fuller the bar, the more warn status they have pretty much. I normally warn people if they are doing something wrong, but I will do something if you ignore me xD Anyways I hope the info on the bugs can help you out
