Help! I put too much lemon in my water >,.,<

well for the morning, i don't always drink water lemon, it really depend.. but i would say 50/50 or 40 (lemon) 60 (water) and even if the lemon juice acts as a detox effect on the body ( when consumed regularly though.. ), it is obviously preferable to choose organic lemons.. although, it's really not recommended to eat much in the morning ( because assuming that you ate properly in the evening and before sleeping, when you wake up, your organism is still in a state of digestion.. ), there are still lot of good things ( good nutritionally and for your health obviously.. ) for the morning, apart from my cute sin (croissant: p), i would say : coffee ( yeah, suprisingly, it's not as bad as it we thoughts, to consume with moderation of course ), green tea, soya milk, citrus, kiwi, watermelon, banana, apple , vegetable juice ( especially carrot and beet juices.. ), grenadine, honey cakes, rice cake.. (sorry for the monologue: p)
