      actualy it depends on the class for the dex points because on casts as far as i have seen they all start with a half point extra in ata and need the dex to be a 5 on the mag to not waste a point

      Griffeni is right, you actually gain the point of ATA on the odd numbers for DEX, I just figured they rounded the number up... And it's not just on casts, I've seen it on every mag I've ever raised.

      PSOAddict, that's not true at all

      Even though 2 DEX points is 1 ATA point, ATA is a float so for example

      ATA 175, MAG DEX 45 (22.5 ATA) >> 197.5 >> 197

      ATA 175, MAG DEX 46 (23 ATA) >> 198

      ATA 175.5, MAG DEX 45 (22.5 ATA) >> 198

      ATA 175.5, MAG DEX 46 (23 ATA) >> 198.5 >> 198

      Depending on the ATA you are adding to, you might end up wasting a mag level that could have gone to MIND or POW
