If this file controls these stats, then It really has to be directly controlled in the client by adding a new procedure where the character stats are computed and so every client would compute the same stats on their sides (This is how pso works for everything internally). Of course, server needs to communicate that new flag to client. If there are unused reserved space, that could be easy, otherwise idk changing packets sent would seem a bit awkward. Editing the file like this would cause desyncing issues like players not seeing same damage in their screen and etc.

Hmm, how about increasing the max level cap over 200 and making the exp required really high for each level after 200?

hell laser works better than rianov for hell special, no idea as of right now if it's because hell is reduced or because the gun itself has no hit %. This gun is really just for long range insta hit purpose for moving foes as piercing can be done with dark meteor special.

The fact you can get bkb from black paper deal makes its value plummet, I guess this price tag could be true for hit black king bar which would skyrocket compared to a bland one.

I'll believe it when I see it. I have yet to see a successful melee engage against a FO that isn't TP dying. Ranged weapons are obviously much more useful. Also, FOs have been marked as best everywhere on the web for battle mode, just sayin' There are obvious reasons to that, you can attack through walls and barriers with a guaranteed two hit kill. Since area is small, guns don't have much more range than spells such as zonde which also cannot miss even if the target goes away while casting. Sure, other classes can use techs, but that would be a three hit kill which also probably uses all or most of their TP for a single kill. So consider this, kill is 66% that of FO and 50% less mana makes you 33% as effective at killing people using spells. You have to compensate with gun attacks that are like a weaker version of zonde...

Alright thanks, this is what I was asking for all this time. I don't see why an event should go on if the one hosting it doesn't even respect his part of the deal and even tries to make up new rules on the fly to disqualify people. I've been flamed for winning, what's the deal with that? It's not against you mass, this would've stopped much sooner if this event was cancelled when it happened and this is what I asked you back then.

Although Shoutgu gave me a good idea, why not make this event a little more... interesting? I don't care for these items either. Mass, I challenge you to a duel where the loser disbands his team and join the winners one. I'm telling you thought, this time around I will be serious unlike while I was fighting your 11 years old brother. We'll settle on which stage later. Unless you are scared to lose that is hahaha

That's not mass event, he's just hosting it on behalf of Zoke. The item rewards aren't from him. He gave me the shield just cause Zoke didn't want to give anything after losing his match.
