Ah yes, familiar to that one... kinda. When a Fo joins, but never In the entire run he casts SD. It doesn't matter If you tell/ask them to, they won't.. (unless they feel forced to, somehow) You can ask them If they have SD techniques, but they may never answer your question, or might say their techniques are above a certain level, and even after asking specifically, they won't answer. [Ah yes, they are barely the silent type. Kind of reminds me back In the old times when I played offline/one person only]
