Completely uninstall your video card drivers, use Driver Sweeper from Guru3D to make sure every trace of it is gone from your system and registry. Next, download the OMEGA version of your drivers for your Radeon video card from Guru3D and give that a whirl. Again, make sure you're running windowed mode and if necessary, try running the game in Win XP compatibility mode, maybe even Win 7 mode, launch the game as administrator. Hope this helps, good luck!

Something about this just screams video drivers, I'd say uninstall your current driver and try the Omega Nvidia drivers to see if that may indeed be the culprit. That's the unfortunate and brutal reality of running a guild/clan/team/whatever in online gaming, if you're serious about being a successful one anyway. Yep, my fledgling Trinity team got gutted soon as drama entered the "equasion", no thanks to Naruto.., Much less the last team I joined here when I first started playing on Ultima. Yep, got plenty enough drama in my life as is, already got a full-time day job too. So be it... Thankfully helping others here regularly doesn't require having a team.
