    What is RICO'S PARASOL? Where did it drop and can Fomar use it?

      Rico's parasol is useable by all male characters. It's a charge partisan that doubles the range of shifta deband and resta. It's very useful for male force characters imo and it looks bad ass. It's an item introduced during the Valentine's event (which is coming soon). It dropped from Gol Dragon 1/104 I think from pinkal and a few other ids if I remember correctly.

      It's identical to Tyrell's Parasol, except it is all classes. Red and White colors, resident evil umbrella style.

      300 atp charge partisan so it's quite strong (basically baranz launcher as a partisan)

    This probably already been talked about but.. There's a handful of missions on this sever that no one bother to play because either-- -They're broken, and cannot be fixed -No good drops -They're boring, and plus there are other rewarding quests on the server.(ROCT....) How about we add something interesting to those quests upon completion, like the Mines offensive and Forest offensive quest. Or what about a Cave and Ruins offensive, or maybe jump out of EP1 and do EP2 & 4 versions. I figure gives us more variety of missions instead of running the usual ROCT, TTF, RT etc while we wait for events
