I just did a clean installation of wine from official repositories of wine, no special installation or patches or anything and work just fine. Make sure you installed NetFramework 4.0 using Wine 2.18 stable with OpenSUSE Leap 42.3 his Is how I did it. First I deleted the Wine folder with this command: rm -r ~/.wine -------- And then create a 32 bit prefix with this command: WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine wine wineboot now this line in to the directory of winetricks. $winetricks dotnet40
