I would conduct business with you, but not when you are going to offer <1/3rd of what you should be. Sue's is better than Wedding Dress, and is a limited drop with not enough of them around. If you start by offering 50 (which was colorado, but you quoted him as if to agree), it's so low it makes people not want to even bother dealing with you at all even if you increase the offer, you can't lowball that low and expect to be taken seriously afterwards. If you want to buy one off me then you'll have to offer like it's worth more than Wedding Dress, because it is.

It's 1/87 BEFORE DAR is factored in, and deldpeths aren't exactly good dar. It's not as easy as it sounds, 3 runs only is just the luck of the first drop. The quest is full of tough enemies to kill. If you are fully geared with a full team for it you can hunt one without overly hugely massive issues, but that doesn't make it an easy hunt and it still takes a while. 50 pds only for it is what is really laughable. Kroe's is worth more than 50 and that's not even an event drop, but a year round and 10x easier to hunt drop. I've been doing pw3 since the event started and not nearly enough have dropped to meet demand for it.

They do drop rewards sometimes sylph, but master raven was supposedly taken out of the list to not be obtainable there, which is part of why I mentioned the quest drop list not being up to date, and the rate the boxes actually drop the rewards seem off. I've gotten lollipop, tension blaster, attribute wall, samba maracas, ice staff:dagon, etc, though they have always dropped as already tekked blank(with all 0%) rares for me. The quest does need to be looked at though as the rates don't seem correct, the prize list is not up to date, and there are also some very questionable prizes such as L&K14 and ice staff:dagon.

There's a weird quest in ep 4 called LOGiN , but when I start it I load into hunters guild and a speech box pops up in japanese and I warp back to lobby. No idea what that's about. The quest drops page (http://www.phantasystaronline.net/quest_drops.php) doesn't have an updated accurate list for black paper deal and mines offensive rewards(for example, bpd lists book of hitogata when it drops hitogata, mines offensive lists master raven). There's probably some other quests that no one plays which may have issues.

Whoa, I just asked a simple question to see whether or not I should expect it at all, and it sparks all this. To clarify, I kinda meant rare monsters but with default 10% kondy rate the way it was for part of the event. Has a 4th booster actually not dropped yet? I figured people would jump all over that and run it nonstop once it did actually drop, I saw so many people running ep4 gov quests the next day.

Will Rare Monsters make a return before the end, even if just for a day? I neglected to hunt some easter eggs in favor of other items and I'm sure others probably did too.

To get the images to be embedded in the post you have to use the bbcode for it with the direct link to the image (I got the proper link off yours by clicking the get links / image sizes on the right). i.e. "[ img=http://imageshack.com/a/img843/759/8dbtc.jpg ]" without the spaces between the open/close brackets and the middle part for your image, as I have done below.

By "great resistances" on Godric's Cloak, you mean the 2 least useful resistances, Light (only for low level chars trying to survive falz divine punishment/grants, which you can also overcome with hp units) and Thunder (no real practical use, other than having 100+ for epsilon, which is only possible with sonicteam armor anyway)?

Well idk if common bank gets messed up everytime, I just know it happened to Frost when he had this bug and me recently when I had it. If it happens to you too then you'll need to get the common bank rolled back, I think by larva. Hopefully you'll get everything cleared up without a hitch.

Ask chuk to delete your key_data and that will probably let you log back in. I had the same issue (minus the antivirus freaking out part) and just pm'ed him to delete the key_data and got fixed up. Lost my common bank due to this stupid bug but oh well.

If you still can't log in ask chuk to delete your key_data , as was suggested in your previous thread. I had the same issue and just pm'ed chuk asking him to do so and I got squared away fairly quick and could log right back in. This bug ended up wiping my common bank, like it had done to Frost, but I didn't really have anything valuable in there anyway. -
hmmm 100 souls is only going to be 10 more ata than excal? Oh well, it still looks freaking awesome and I so want one for my foney xD. Really cool skin on it, great job designing that. Highest dfp I found on godrics was 37, but I think Faki found a 38 one.

That video been known to be fake for over a year, the video is from januaray 2013. Not only that, but your "proof" post was debunked a mere 3 days(http://www.videogamesblogger.com/2007/12/10/no-dreamcast-2-says-sega-after-patent-rumors-aka-9-9-2009-believe.htm) after it was posted, 6 YEARS AGO. It's not happening. There has been no new info for this baseless claim for ages afaik. -
We need to get Chemical Plant Zone back up in here. That was the lobby theme when I first joined the server and it hasn't been back since. It was definitely something that made me enjoy playing on this server before I knew anyone.

The bigger issue is rare monsters on means half of your runs are kondrieu, which makes it incredibly easy to mess up the count, even unintentionally. I'm not so sure that it's not dropping yet, probability is a funny thing. You really have to be approaching 3-4 times the rate (yea 230+ saint milion kills. really that many) before you can actually even suppose to think about it maybe being broken, and hh is not a good indicator of anything because of how long the quest is, actually really working at getting the drop means the majority of runs are going to be non hh. Even with a working drop you can do 430+ runs on a 150 drop and not see it happen (stupid master sword). It really takes an obscene amount before you can really have any confidence to say whether it's broken or not.

This may be a remix, but it sounds awesome, and from an awesome classic, probably the first real video game I ever played: But my favorite VG soundtrack of all, is Ecco the Dolphin. Not the Genesis or Sega CD mind you, but the Game Gear soundtrack. Those hungarian composers wrote a completely different soundtrack unlike any songs in any other games. Unfortunately almost no songs have been uploaded from that version, only can find 2 of them, so I can't show off cold water, medusa bay, or any of the other amazing tracks from that soundtrack. The music is very atmospheric and organic, every time it almost manages to establish its melody, it just continues flowing and changes into something new (the other song is a better example of it). But at least the soundtrack is downloadable and someone did upload this awesome song:

Haha I actually have "The Savior of those on Earth" as my Olga 1 and Shambertin/Kondrieu/SaintMilion music right now. L2 is such an underrated game, it's a better rpg for the snes than ff6 is (yea, it really is, deal with it). Lots of good gems in that series. Like this one, the perfect track for setting off on an epic adventure: I can get behind any song that has a good groove to it. Glad they put it in Generations:
