Easter is on March 27th so I guess the Easter event is very close. It would be nice to have 5x exp on when rare enemy boost is OFF. They are almost always on together, which means we can't take advantage of the exp boost because we are stuck farming mats on Normal mode.

Dragon Slayer is a very serious weapon (that no one use anyway) hem... N00b weapons are misunderstood weapons that people have no idea "how and when" to use. Like Dark Flow by example, it's a very n00b weapon considering people just kill themselves spamming it around ^.^ That said, good luck with your trade =)

We're all doomed. *Sighs* Also to answer your question I used PSOBB the same way launching via Steam, but since Steam wouldn't register it as a 'legit' game I had issues not only running it, but keeping it running without an instant crash. This game crashes a ton already for little to no reason other than 'because the game feels like it'. So if I were you I would use the launcher when starting the game as Soly does update the launcher, but as for what good it does I honestly don't know. Just run it via the PSOBB launcher until someone can provide you a better answer.
