To add a few things: _Actually it's Gods Shield Kouryu (all resistances +40, only on the japanese server normally) that's better than 3 seals in terms of resistances (all +33 for Three Seals); the other God's Shields don't compare. _Sometimes you can also get is through mini-events here. _You can equip it from lv33 _It has a specal feature that makes you totally invulnerable to physical attacks at times, randomly. I don't think it ever works against set damage and magical attacks. It has a small percentage of chance to do it, is unreliable, and hardly compensates the low defensive ability of the shield (DFP +33) To sum it up my humble way, if I may: equip it when razonde is most appropriate and switch to some other merge if another spell is more à propos, or Red Ring if you want to use physical weapons and need more accuracy, or De Rol Le shield if really you want DFP.

  3. One, it's not an armor, but a shield. Two, there's something in the wind about this shield, when you see it's price in $ here on Ultima. On shthack there are a very very few, and they boost RA techs by 50%, making it quite a great shield for forces indeed. Here it merely boosts Razonde by 30%. A friend of mine made a post about it. So it's a bit like the Solferino here (and, i might add, the L&K38, the Dark Flown, the Dark Meteor, and a few others): not working as it's supposed to. It is indeed rare, but not as useful as some other shields. There are just a handful of circumstances where it is most appropriate; namely thanks to his all resistances +33% feature. Then again, it is quite a beautiful and impressive-looking piece of equipment. P.S.: I would like to know what Sega had decided to give this shield as special abilities. Somebody please give this piece of information.

  8. crowdy but not that crowdy; caring gms; the j-rpg style; the only meuporgue that i has retained my attention; the randomness of the people you encounter here and of what they say; the interesting events; the great and very entertaining game that psobb is... also, fortunate coincidence
  9. Oh i see Chuk, so the Solferino really is bugged on this server. But for me not even the doubled animation is there (which is good since i'm thusly not misled); nothing is there. Thank you for the added info. But it would be great if the admins did something about this.   10. So I just received a Solferino. I was very glad and all, but when i tried it out i found it didn't work. I heal no further with it than without whereas it should work like the resta merge does, even stacking upon it. This and 3 Seals are not getting the powers they had in the original game, when weapons such as DF, DM and L&K38 can now combo. Please make it more fair to forces.
  11. Wow i'm surprised you got 190 ATA with a 0 DEX mag. You know the Red Ring's bonus is past-base, right? Also, as stats have been raised on this server, it's really difficult to max all of them. And you may want to replace the cents with V101 and Smartlink. Lowers stats I know but they empower, say, Bringer's Rifle in a more interesting way. I found smartlink invaluable against those Del Lilies.

  13. no error screen with a message in a blue window like often with this game; i'd have screenshoted that. no; i pres enter at the console and see the title screen next to that :| is the prize next to this?
  14. so we were hunting iritista and solferino, as i heard solferino could be the prize of FO. all was going well (except the 2 weakest who died in the secret room), the door opened in the spaceship, we opened the crates, then we approached the console and then the game crashed and we both dc'd! the next screen i saw after examining it was the title screen :|
  15. Oi. I suppose it's pretty known for some people here aready but i consider that it's preferable if the thing is noted somewhere in this section. At the moment, characters used in c-mode might lose hit on some of their weapons, for the non c-mode game. A fellow did notice one of his weapons had lost hit after he played some c-mode here. :/
  16. I for one use an angry fist +50 on my fonewm and my pow&dex mag empowers it satisfyingly. on some singled enemies it's not bad at all.
  17. Veriemas, yes, like i said. Reread. Larva, normally, trying to use a 126th HP mat results in a blocking in the attempt, that's all. I say the char used in c-mode should be free to use HP mats without causing crashes. Doberman, you have understood it all. And yes i also think the char used in c-mode should ignore the HP mats used otherwise on that char.
  18. hello I've been doing some good amount of c-mode today.I encountered a bug saying that "tried to exceed material usage limit" or something like that. My fellows didn't get this problem like me; they didn't use 125 hp mats like i did. Yes i couuld do it with a new char, but rather than geting aroung this crash, it would be cool to be able to play normally with any character without being afraid of using HP mats. Will this bug be fixed? It's annoying.
  19. yes Veriemas, i noticed all that thank you, but i still thought it would be a littlebetter with this partcular fist than wiht any other fist or barahanded, oh well, thank you anyway.
