It's stats are 25DFP/65EVP/15ATA I'm new to the server here but not to the game at all So I try to gather some of my former equips. according to the price guide it's worth 60-70 Pds. Okay so when I got into this game everything was normal but upon going to the forest and coming back I found that there's A GIANT FREAKIN NUMBER 21 RIGHT THERE BETWEEN THE WARP FOR THE PRINCIPLE AND THE BANK!!! And the best part... NO ONE ELSE CAN SEE IT! Does anyone know what this is? There's fireworks everywhere too. I'm hoping I'm some sort of prize winner or something. Plz help.

This is not supposed to be summer time related because next to the bank (where the telepipes appear), there is a scrolling message saying "Happy new year". Considering the age of PSO, maybe this was used to celebrate the 21st century (started January 1, 2001)?

It's just pioneer2 decoration according to the current lobby theme.. there are other ones like hearts or xmas trees?

Hey! Some people I just met recently landed here since they left Schtachk for... reasons, and they were very disappointed to see that no casino existed in lobby 13! That would enable some people to get the Friend Ring for instance, which is a nice idea of Sega's ,no? ^^ Also, and maybe that would avoid some errors, they told me that at the bank counter, you had two receptionists: one for the char bank, and another for the common bank! How 'bout that?!
