On Ultima, there is a X3 exp boost until level 160 and X2 boost from 160 to 200. Sometimes we turn on an exp event that lasts a couple days or weeks during which everyone gets X5. You can still use the original X1 exp gain if you feel that's too much by typing /exp 0 in the lobby.

I understand you consider they're a little different, but it's not comparable to Stars Spread, Rainbow Petrik, Frosty Icicle etc since those are unique (only a single one in the server) and will never be obtainable in any way. As for Ca and TJs, you can still buy them from some other players since lots of them dropped. Who knows
