I don't think so, it's hard to find a Lavis cannon with more than 40 hit (I found 40+ Lavis and none got more than 35 hit), then you need to redeem 15 dts to go from 40 to 60 and use 2 syncestas. Of course it depends also on other stats but I believe he needs good stats too.

Yeah 15 dts for 60 hit AND good stat is good enough. Last time I loot a lavis cannon with 50 hit... it was a blank one. Hard to get it all good.
