    Has anyone in here had experience with elevation masks? I'd love the input for some fellow runners. If there's any here.. A lot of lifters it seems but haven't heard of many runners.

      they're not worth the money. they pretty much make you work harder with no real benefits. it decrease your air flow but this doesnt really simulate high altitude.

      your body react differently to higher altitudes, i dont know all the fancy terms but basically you're just running and breathing in less air.

      That is not correct, you have less oxygen but the air quantity is the same. This is were the mask fail, for it only reduce the air.
