That's very canadian of you smooch and i appreicate the effort to give credit where credit is due but PUHULLEEEEASE. Lil willy boy has been trying claim credit for multiple changes where he's done nothing more than complain (which many people have done). Giving him any sort of credibility here is laughable. It's like saying the last Karen to talk to the manager of a Cici's Pizza Buffet after 14 other Karen's talked to the manager of a Cici's Pizza Buffet is a hero.

I don't want to start shit, but since it's already been started, here we go. Wilson is not, and I can pretty confidently say he will never be, my favourite person on Ultima. Not even top 10. But there is a grain a truth to what he says here. His prodding of Larva in this instance does seem to be what broke the camel's back on the hit percent. We were bugging Larva about this for over 2 years, and his most recent comment about it does seem to have finally had some impact that led to it being implemented. Was he solely responsible? I think we can all agree no. But he did play a role. I don't want to disparage @Larva but he is slow to make changes to the server, and may need to be prodded several times on a given topic for us to see changes. That may be a good thing, as it gives a sense of consistency to the server. But I would prefer if it took a bit less to make change happen. As much as I would love to high five all my triforce buddies and clown on someone here, I think it's important to be serious for a moment and recognize that this would not have been possible (as soon as it happened) without everyone's involvement. To that end, Wilson is as responsible for some of these changes as I am, but I would still defer to @R-78 who has done way more work than either of us ever have. She's also really patient with me, when I bug her about stuff, and a really nice person, who has good food recommendations if you're ever visiting France. P.S. Wilson, I really do think you mean well, but like, get off your high horse for once and thank others for once. You're not a bad guy, you can just be a bit of a nonce sometimes.

What you need (do not skip this part): - A working brain. Step 1 : Go to your User Profile by clicking on your profile picture on the top left corner Step 2 : Click on Account Settings Step 3 : You should see this on the next page, click "Ignored Users" ` Step 4 : Type the username in the text field. Step 5 : Tick every option so you will be sure to never be annoyed again by the user you want to mute. And click "Add User" Step 6 : User is now added to ignore list, you won't ever see posts, messages, mentions, signature from him again. It's as if he never existed. Do it again but make him fix glaring issues like most of the shit I mentioned in my post lol. Having access to more meseta(which another server added literally years ago) is nice, but doesn't make most people want to come back and play on the server. I mean another server(you know which one lol) literally just added a better DMC fix, which is a terrible problem on Ultima. Or you know, have him ban instead of warn 15 times people like Emewn or Berzerk-K which have been proven to be extremely problematic(extreme antisemitism and pedophilia respectively) and have actually made people quit this server.

Alright, I guess it's time to clarify everything with all the deserved transparency. I am going to say everything that Wilson did for us regarding these latest updates. I had to scroll up all the way up of my conversation with him to make sure of the exactitude of everything I'll be saying, so I sincerely hope it's the last time I get to hear about "Wilson's incredible and mysterious contribution to ultima for all these updates". On February of this year, Wilson messaged me in order to build a list of ideas that he would be sending to Larva afterwards. After the brainstorm, we came up with a list that included 9 different suggestions, among which "Increase bank meseta limit", "Balance E2 hit rate", "Patch slow Gibbles", "Nerfing happy hours" and a couple others. Now let's get into the two Ultima changes that Wilson pretends to deserve credits for. Hit attribute roll update: << Y’all are welcome >> Wilson mentionned the yellowboze hit rate% in our DM on February 3rd of 2023. And I told him I already suggested that on August 17 of 2021... @Smoochum can testify because we were talking a lot about it at that time. So was it his idea? No. Did he implement it? No. I edited everything that needed to be changed in the server file, and Soly uploaded it. Wilson only repeated to Larva what was already said. But shortened in 4 words. ("Balance E2 hit rate") Meseta major update Wilson mentionned one meseta change in our DM on February 3rd of 2023. And I told him I already made a huge post about it in the staff section on February, 1st of 2023... In this post I mentionned how even @Protoss asked about it before me. After that @Fyrewolf5 suggested to make a new quest, and that was the story plot I followed when I made the quest: SO, does Wilson deserve credits for it? First let's remind that the "Meseta major update" is a combination of 4 different updates. 1) Starting meseta in banks - Was it Wilson idea? No. - Did Wilson implement it? No. - Did Wilson help with that update in any mean? No. 2) Boosting all meseta drops - Wilson's idea? No. - Wilson implemented? No. - Wilson helped? No. 3) New quest to farm meseta on any difficulty - Wilson's idea? No. - Wilson made the quest? No. - Wilson helped? No. 4) Bank capacity - Wilson's idea? No. - Wilson implemented? No. - Wilson helped? Yes, by sending a message to Larva. Thank you for your service. Not only has he done basically nothing, but also proceeded to shit on the person who actually worked most for that update. << Again you’re welcome. I won’t force things (1) like this (2) to happen again so I wouldn’t use these as signs of consistent improvements (3). >> Here's a dictionary to understand what's going on. Force things = Send one message to Larva. Like this = Like the countless ideas that got posted in Improve the server topic, which just deserve as much credits. I wouldn’t use these as signs of consistent improvements = For all the upcoming changes if any, consider it's not actual improvement because Wilson already called dibs on them. By the way Wilson, Ultima Bringer's fix was one of the 9 points adressed in your list. So... On the day Soly fixes Ultima Bringer, would you like us to erect a golden statue in your image to express our gratitude?
