Dark Flow Giveaway!

Hellooooo boys and girls of Ultima, I shall be giving away my Dark Flow! A little history of my Dark Flow, I bought it about a year or so from a beloved member ANDRES and I have killed a few 100K+ monsters with it since! The stats of the Dark Flow are: 90/90/0/0|25. Now a few rules, you are not eligible for the giveaway if: You already own a Dark Flow, If you have no need or use for this item (such as you don't play hunter or just intend to sell it, if you intend to sell it please refrain from entering, this is to benefit someone who will actually use it), or if you have a negative site rep of -5 or more (ALSO no staff members, sorry). Now rules of the item being given away, at least 30 people must enter this give away for me to give away the item. This give away is to mainly give one "newer" player a chance at a Dark Weapon. To enter the giveaway just comment below with your main IGN, Level, Character Race/Class, and a little back story of yourself! I will take each persons account name and put it into a random selector. So to recap, there must be at least 30 UNIQUE entries, and your entry must be in must be by May 5 2015 along with the 30 unique entries, If the 30 entries are not met by the 5th of May I will not be doing the giveaway. Back Story: what should i write here? owo.... I've been playing for around 2 months,i play...a lot o///o... Befogr koining this server,i used to play con gamecube,but never played this online,so wwhen i found this community i become addicted :Q___.. I really like to help new players to feel welcomed, i do a lot of ttf with them and normal,hard and vh is a piece of cake,but when i go ultimate ...then i m free ;-; .. My weapons are a double cannon and a last swan,the last swan was a gift from some nice fo named Raine and i hunted the double cannon ... Im not really a good seller/trader because i dont really know prices so i try to hunt the things i need...but im overhelmed in ultimate and ive been thinking in buy a df...then i saw this post...and well,im giving a try :3 ... Back story.

My love story with rpg started a long time ago, with a game called secret of mana ( seiken deistestu), I used to play this game with my little borther, and we did it till the last boss, that we never defeated ( we didn't know how to use barrel it seems :x)

Then, years later, for my brother's 9th birthday, I decided to give him a great present ( cause I was looking it for myself), and bought him a playstation with Final fantasy 7. But something went wrong, and I didn't thought about this, my brother changed, and didn't loved rpg anymore ( or not this one cause it wasn't real time battle).

So, the final fantasy was mine !!!! mwhahahahahaha !!! VICTORY!!!

After that great success, and a couple of years after that, phantasy star online went out, and this was my brother who talk to me about this game, this was my turn to tell :" i don't want it, I don't like online games" .... how wrong I was....I watched him playing offline ( we didn't have internet back then, and, the magic work perfectly.... I needed a character!!! So, I created one with my little brother, and, like secret of mana years before, we were playing together to defeat evil!!!!

My first char was a HUcast ( greenhill) and my brother's was a RAcaseal ( redria) I remember it cause he gave me lavis canon and I gave him a spread needle.

And some times later, another magic thing happened, we had internet access!!!

We decided to log in to play with other people, to show our chars, how strong we were.

And, within the first few games, I encountered someone, I can't remember his name, but, something happened in the room, I got my Hucast transformed into a HUnewearl... named... NOL, lvl 5... the guy inside the game told me to log off in order to fix it.I really was thankfull to him.. And I listened to him... seeing the "save in progress" screen turned me green... and, then, I realised... He didn't help me... He screwed me up!!! I had 2 choices, losing my char, or trying to shut down the dreamcast... but I wasn't sure that my other chars wouldn't be erased... so I decided to lose one char, in order to save the 3 others, and that's how I lost my lvl 96 Hucast...

By chance, my brother had some other gear, so we decided to start fresh, and liked it.

But, as we were growing, we had to move to finish our studies, my brother as a cooker, and myself within art, specialised in advertising.

And we stopped playing PSO for some years, I decided to play Wow, and, I heard about a private server by a friend. He had a char on it so I followed him.

And this was my come back on pso universe.We played on schta, I was a HUnewearl ( NOL screwed me up, but, I had my revenge!) and my friend was playing a RAcast.

We went far, he had reach level 197 when I was 189, but we both had great stuff, we could say we were full set on our respective classes

But, the lack of people and events screwed us.

We gave up the serv, and, because I heard of a server much more active, I decided to try it! and here I am, still listening the PSO voices telling me :" come on little boy, come on"... and, so i came

I'm on the serv for a couple of month now, and I have quit a decent stuff with my FOnewm, he can easily hunt Episode 4 stuff for my Huney, and she is leveling at her own rythm, witing for better equipement.

And here you come, promising wonders for people who could deserve it, and I'm thankfull for this, because it's clear, a dark flow could definitely help my little huney Wedge!

I used to be a lonely player, but I'm always glad to help people when they ask me to!!! And, it's clear, a Dark flow could help me to help people.

I love this game, and this serv community, active gm, active events, active players, it's all pso need to live for a long time!!

Long live nostalgic!!!

Several years ago, when the gamecube was still new and widely played, my older brother was showing off his games and happened to be playing this game. I was blown away by the amazing graphics and fast pace of the game. He used a HUmar with a musashi, which he said was the strongest weapon in the game (lol).

I wasted no time in getting the game for myself, and sunk in 150+ hours over a few years into my first character, a RAcast, topping out at lvl 80 something in VH with a beam and double saber for weapons (pathetic, I know).

My second main was a HUmar, played 100% offline and solo. Also flopped after 200+ hours at lvl 70 something, VH with a gatling, Flowen's sword and Varista when I lost my memory card. Needless to say, much rage and swearing never to play again. But I did.

I used my spare memory card after five years of not looking at the game, and this time I played smart. I started with a RAmar since I was still offline and trucked through the game with a vengeance. I nearly had an orgasm when I finally reached Ultimate after YEARS of failure. I took all the gear he got and spread it to three other characters. He topped at lv 100 with a Justy, Frozen Shooter and Red Scorpio. My first decent character. ^{_^}

I experimented with a HUcast (ending at lvl 68, Asuka, Red weps) and FOney (lvl 82 Hblue cane, Fire Staff, Thunder Staff) getting them both to Ult with ease now.

My biggest achievement through all my years playing solo on GC was my HUney, which was a complete MONSTER. With her I tore Ult Falz apart with no scapes, which for me, having played PSO for SO LONG, was an enormous moment. As of now she is lvl 110 with a Demo Comet, Red Handgun, and a Chain Sawd.

Now I'm here, in Ultima Serv, and in just two weeks I've gone above what took me almost half my life of playing this game. I might say that is disappointing, but even now I still can't get over how amazing it feels to play this game as it was meant to be played, online. It's a great reminder of how I fell in love with this game, by playing it on a couch with my family. I might not have them now, but I do have this great community of people who enjoy playing this game just as much as I do (all of you!), and that is really something by itself.

PSO never gets old. Even if I stop playing for years I always end up coming back. After sinking at least 1,000 hours into it (which sounds horrible) I still find some intereting fact, piece of lore, or 'impossible' boss to drive me to keep playing. I hope that you guys will read this and add your own experiences too in the spirit of a game we refuse to stop playing.

Very detailed back story, I love it! Good luck to you! This is a great example of what I want to see in back stories, although i'm adding names to a randomized selector I still want to see people like this who really want it and show me, like this one here.

Hello! Firstly, thank you for doing this. It returns some of my faith in humanity to know some people have a heart like this ;.;

Secondly, here's a bit about me. I've been on Ultima for about a year and a half now. I currently reside among PRO team and have done so for about a year. I'm making an effort to get back into the game, as the team has became a lot more active. At the moment, Maya is the only truly geared character I have. Which is only one of four, making utilizing all of my IDs to help around a little... Difficult. I've been getting some assistance from Cyane to acquire things that may help me do hunts for the team, but as it stands, I don't like to burden people. If I could use the Dark Flow, even just to acquire Spread Needles with hit, that'd be a huge help, as I could use the Arrest Needle I'd make to be able to use Opal in most places, essentially meaning I have (almost) full access to a lot of places, giving me a large array of things to hunt in order to help out the team and the server as a whole. Wow, I made a full paragraph. Yay me.

Back Story: I have played PSO since the GameCube and back then I could never get online.

My friends who I played with said that online people had Olga Flow's sword and I was amazed. Now that I'm playing on Ultima I learned you can get Dark Flow, but last Christmas Event I was still to weak to beat Olga on Ultimate and my friends who I played with back on GC are on this server as well. Off course they would like a PGF as well, so I really hope you pick me.

On Ultima I'm in team YOLO with my GC friends, we are going to try C-Mode on here soon. (Haha I'm starting to rant because I really want your sword.)

I have always played as Hucast and now on Ultima I'm finally 200 and to finish it off Dark Flow would really make me a badass.

Back Story:well where i start... my first account have the good number of 42000060 i was totally a newbie when i started to play here on ultima thanks to god i joined a good team the brave and stronger cammarades of ultima "Red Ribbon" on the old days i meet alot of people srry i f forgot some of them but well its a bit hard seein people join and quit, the boss of that team was Henry one of my best leader and friend it was Andres kevin gay and third one -..- that i alwys forgt hes name but its family of the last two i mentioned,i also meet Larva Blue and holly Bass i miss those two sometimes they were great GMS well larva its still around here so thats cool =D,

i also meet some twins cant remember the names but well they were friendly and irritating sometimes but good people ,also i meet two guys too Syd from "patriots" and Zero they are family of henry they helped me too when i was a newbie i also miss them too same as serverus oh that old geezer xD hes like Ero Zenin hes a pervert and old but a good friend, i know all of this maybe dont have sense at all but well alot of things happened i cant remember all but all those good times gona live forever =P well il got banned 2 times i think for doing stupid things i dont know what more to write as a back story well if i dont won atleast i wana say thanks you make me remember those Good times 6 years ago... or 4 ,5 cant remember well jojojo
