Argh, sorry Godric but no thank you; I already have a Yellow Merge. My goal here is to give my Gizonde - actually my every spell - its maximum potential. That's why I equip a cloak for a phase of a boss, before to switch to another at the start of the next phase, for instance. Gizonde Merge will be perfect to speedrun PoD and to make the fight against Shambetin as short as possible, among other things.

What do you want for the Anti Merge? Because even if it does not boost Megid (does it, by the way?), I noticed there are cases where it might not be so bad, after all... XD

Yeah, merges. Either Summit Moon and Motav and blue, red, yellow merges for half-hearted but convenient boosts (along with the elemental cloak most adapted to the area/boss), or extreme boosts with Laconium, Adaman, Zumiuran, Pwand, and one merge per technique so as to fell in fewer techs.

I have some good news. In case some of you wouldn't know about the ranks in C-mode and how necessary they really are to record your times, I am making this post for your information. There are ranks, of course. Rank is for challenge mode and how far you got in it. Here they are: Ra GOU - completed C1 Gi GOU - completed C2 Bu GOU - completed C3 Ra ZAN - completed C4 Gi ZAN - completed C5 Bu ZAN - completed C6 Ra EI - completed C7 Gi EI - completed C8 Bu EI - completed C9 For some time me and other people (mostly because of me xD) have been thinking that: 1) You must be of the rank directly below your next one to get it 2) You have to obtain a certain rank to record a time for the nest stage. For instance, that if you were not Ra ZAN but Bu GOU, then your time for C5 would not be recorded. The two above statements are not true, and here is the proof: Uploaded with ImageShack.us All this is positive since it means that you can accompany friends who are close to obtain a S-rank time (at most 420 minutes) and still get your share.

To open the door leading to the boss area, just take the warp of the last room with grass (the one next to the rocky, grey platform), then take the closest warp to you: the one right behind the place where your char will be taken to by the first warp.

I've been playing a lot of it recently and didn't notice this problem again. Have you done anything deliberate to fix it? We found a Brand with 65% hit today! \(^^)/

Hey Larva. I confirm that this bug has indeed been fixed; I was able to use a HP mat with my maxed character and so has been a fellow c-mode adept. Thank you very much for this; it helps a lot, really. I did aknowledge c-mode's integration to aaaaaalll the ships on the server no worries, without exception (that would be one). I keep playing it regularly and will report all I can to help make Ultima even better. ^.^ No noticeable problem recently except the Saber bug whith is a joke in normal mode, but a massive issue in c-mode as Brands and Busters, for instance, would be much more encouraging drops. Hey Larva, you still must reset my materials! lol No really I don't care now; I found a way to compensate. ^^ See you soon.

If I said that I'd love to understand, it is pretty much self-explanatory: it happened to me as an accident, several times; and yes, randomely. If I knew how to trigger the activation of this capacity, of course I would do it; and divulgate the trick... or maybe I'd be jealous enough not to, who knows? ^__^

Well normally, once you get under the 420 minutes, the blonde lady tells you that you have succeeded when you go to the guild counter. Then a list of weapons is displayed, after that you choose your name, then either confirm or cancel to choose another weapon if you want to reconsider your choice or fear that you have not selected the one you wanted.

I have found this table for the target time models we could need for our c-mode runs. http://www.pso-world...ticle&artid=687 379 minutes total for the "clear time" column when 420 minutes is the limit, meaning we have a little margin and exceeding those times by a few minutes is unlikely to hurt a lot.
