Stats on Neutron Skin? [Still a pretty good offer even If no stats on It ] [and In case nobody knows, Neutron Skin Is made from Brightness Circle plus Stellar Shard. The former can have bonus stats of 50 defense and 20 evade (If you are lucky ), which transfers to Neutron Skin when merged with the latter ]

Price rate: 5 Pow mats : 1Photon Drop 1 Luck Mat : 1 Photon Drop 8 Photon Drops : 1DT [In power Material's case, you can take this event's Green Name's time to farm them easily with a Greenill ID (was It? Check the Drop table and search Power Material ) from Hildeblue In normal Difficulty via quests TTFU (just the first stage cleanance) or also Max Attack U: Forest . Drop Rate Is 7/8 and them blue Monkeys spawn a lot ] (And whoever comes to protest me price rate for Pow Mats go for 10:1 just because of Green names, know that I don't farm Pow Mats with green names )
