      Can you show me the launcher options, specifically general and display options?

      online.exe > Options > make sure there is a default value for Graphics (High End, Normal, Low End)

      When you do a custom setting that doesn't fall into any of the 3 categories, none of those 3 are set. I don't think that can cause issues but I'll check it out
