  1. I'm not entirely sure where bamboo spear is from, but it is on the donation list; I just put it in for completion sake since it has spirit special. Some are Christmas Event drops like Crazy Tune and Chameleon Scythe were. Some are in Momkas shop (item tickets dropped from Easter Rappies) like Getsugasan and Nice shot are. And then there are some as quest rewards from the Mop Up quests, like Tree Clippers (ep 4 mu2) and Synthesizer (ep 4 mu3). edit: Oh I forgot to mention Master Sword (ATP 700-780, ATA 35, ALL STATS 20 max grinder 70, special is TJS special), Triforce Event Stealth Sword (ATP+300-350, ATA+ 50, DFP +15,special is Demon) Triforce Event Sword of Ultima (Atp +450, ata +15, max grinder 50 any special can be added by a GM) Aniversary Event .
  2. Besides the previous mentioned Asteron Belt for males (christmas event) and the excellent Parasols for females (spirit, beserk, and charge, boost buff/support range), and excal, there is also (in order of general usefulness): Ultima Reaper (666 atp all classes, extended range, 15 targets, unreduced hell Halloween Event) Charge Gugnir (Do not understimate charge gugnir. With strong buffs this can deal out some great damage) Type SW/Slicer (From MA3V2 with males :http://schtserv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2053) Type HA/Halbert (beach laughter rangers, http://schtserv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=41660) Bamboo Spear (Spirit, but low ata) and many of the novelty weapons (things like crazy tune, chameleon scythe, getsugasan, etc) Soul Eater drops in the christmas event, so it is possible to get ones with stats including hit. I think that's most of them. I have 45 and 40 hit charge gugnirs from the shop if you need one.
  3. Well the event that will be starting soon is the Summer Event, one of the major events. Exactly when it will start nobody really knows, but Larva says it will be soon. During major events, several special drops will be put in place on certain monsters. Which monsters and ids generally is not revealed at the start of the event, but is eventually revealed. If you are on late at night then sometimes a few hints may float around. For the last few days of the event the drops are usually lowered to be a bit easier. There's not much you can do about it at the moment other than get your levels up to be ready to farm for the event. At the start of the event you basically just have to farm quests with lots of different monsters/try last years monsters, or take advantage of x5 and rares (see last paragraph). There are also the mini events. These are often spur of the moment, and come in various forms, trivia, word searches, bring some amount of specific items for a reward, etc. These you'll just have to keep an eye out for in game and forums. Some last for a few days (item collection/special adding), some a few hours, some only a few minutes (trivia). The special adding events can be very good events to be prepared for, such as Kajex's Claw & Fake Flowen's event, and Serverus' Yasminkov event (Yasminkov 9000s with specials are some of the best weapons in the game). There are also many other smaller things that happen. First off there is x5 exp events. It will likely be on for some part of the summer event, but can happen without major events. Also there is Rare Monster events (x5 rare monster appearence). Rare monsters is signified by everyone having a colored name in the lobby, usually green, and can also occur without major events. Happy Hour is x3 drops for 3 hours, signified by pink trees and red&white flag in lobby, along with a banner every 30 minutes stating time remaining. There is no schedule for this, it's just whenever they feel like it.
  4. Your plan uses 2 units for stats and a battle unit. Mine uses 1 unit for stats and a battle unit. I can therefore put on a unit to get the gold numbers and be exactly like your plan, only superior because I can also optionally drop that unit whenever I want for 2 utility units and I only lose 11 atp, a negligible amount of damage, whereas you would lose 27 atp and 30 lck an actually fairly large amount of damage(mostly from the luck).
  5. There technically is an alternative plan to this for using Centurion/Arms. 111 power mats 35 luck mats 4 extra materials Mag 15 / 185 / 0 / 0 Cent/Battle + Centurion/Arms I use my plan which Soly quoted because I value 6 resist all over 11 atp. Also the mag is much much much more difficult and tediously annoying to raise for cent/arms plan, would take several hundred monomates just to reach level 50 (for mags started to lvl 10 evolution on hunter force, needs 13 monomates to 10, then 33 dimates, then 264 monomates to reach 50 with 15 def. for mag started to lvl 10 evolution on ranger, needs 13 monomates to 10, then 33 dimates, then 615 monomates to 50, but has 14 def instead of 15. If using the bank/logoff trick def could be squeezed down to 12, but triples your feeding time). 4 extra materials won't have any practical use either. I gladly sacrifice 2 (no buff) to10 (pb chain) damage from the 11 atp to have 6 extra resist all and not go through that hassle.
  6. There is a third page, but it is hidden. To get to the third page you have to go to Next Page (while on page 1) and then Previous Page (while on page 2). The third page is between page one and two. If you hit next page on page two it just goes back to page one.
  7. You can go ahead and wipe it whenever you get a chance Larva. Thank you.
  8. PRO team is always looking for friendly faces around. Despite the name, we aren't about pro skill, but rather having a pro team attitude of working together. Our only requirement is that you download Ventrilo (voice chat program) and join our ventrilo server. We don't require a microphone or that members be on every day, just that they have the program. The ventrilo server is open to all players on ultima regardless, ask any pro member for the server info if you wish to join it. There are a few other teams around, Avion, Unbreakable, Mass-Ultima, and Illuminati are other major ones.
  9. Hello, welcome to Ulima server! Yes, the standard currency for donation tickets is $1 US for 1 ticket, so 8 points are indeed $8 US. If you need help leveling I can do a few runs with you (my current characters are -Saith fonewearl, Zer0 Racast, Sylphiel Fomarl, Fear_Mell Hunewearl). There are 3 main quests which are often used specifically for leveling characters. TTF (Towards the Future) is an episode 1 boss rush quest, used to level people through the lower difficulties (normal and hard, sometimes very hard). One specific monster opens each of the doors so it is very rushable. A Min kills and Max kills run can win you a black ring and purple ring on very hard or ultimate. Located under VR in ep 1. RT (Respective Tommorow) is an episode 2 boss rush quest, used to level people on the higher difficulties (very hard and ultimate). The first three episode 2 bosses give extra exp on this server especially gryphon, but there are no door monsters so this quest is not as rushable. Olga Flow does not have buffed experience and is usually not killed, most people just reset after gryphon. Also located under VR, in ep 2. It is also possible to simply do Gryphon runs; once a character has activated the switches in Central Control Area, the door to cca will open in every game they make and can reach the boss warp fairly quickly. PTS (Path to Salvation) is an edit of lost havoc vulcan with tons of monsters in the ruins. There is a secret room which spawns massive waves of enemies repeatedly. This is considered to be the fastest way to level if you can handle it. The secret room is behind the waterfall, you can squeeze your way around the laser fence to get in, though there are a few megid traps around the warp there. Located under Ultima category in ep 1. There is also the Wrath of Forest quest (Ep 1 Ultima) and the Realms of War quest (Ep 4 VR) which can sometimes be useful. The easiest way to get help for leveling is to simply ask around in lobby and make an ep 1 room named TTF Help or an ep 2 room named RT Help. By default, experience is x3 until level 160, and then x2 to 200. There are also sometimes x5 exp events for all players. These generally last for between one weekend to two weeks. During major events x5 is often turned on, expect to see it soon when Summer Event starts. Also expect to see Rare Monster events (x5 rare monster appearance, signified by everyone having colored names in lobby, usually green names), as well as often seeing Happy Hour banners (x3 drops for 3 hours, signified by pink trees and red & white flag in lobby, with banners every 30 minutes stating time remaining). These can all happen without ongoing major events. There is no real schedule for when HH occurs, it is whenever they feel like it. During events x5 and rare monsters sometimes have a schedule posted(but often not really followed), so generally these are also just whenever they feel like it. Also be sure to keep an eye out for the many mini events that occur as well! Here is a number of links you might find useful. 10. You can always get those again. Here is the topic for how to get rambling may from the white day / valentines day quest. http://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/topic/11022-rambling-may-valentines-day/ You want to use normal as soon as possible on the second attack. The reason sns works is because the first projectile is still traveling when you do the second attack, so it changes the accuracy for the still traveling projectile (even for 2nd/3rd enemies not yet hit if you did already hit a first one). Smartlink is highly recommended. Smartlink is incredibly powerful, estimated to be valued at 30-40 extra ata worth. Red Ring is also recommended. Even my max ata hunewearl can't hit with my 50h hell raygun with red ring but without smartlink, it's a pretty essential piece of gear. v502 does not affect demons. Demons has a set activation rate when you hit like beserk/gush/burning/etc(which have 100%), but the rate on demon's is lower, I have heard both 50% and 67% activation on demon's, not sure which it is but I lean toward the latter. Hit can help a bit, but it's generally not needed for fonewm/fonewearl. Fonewman should be able to hit sof demons fairly often with sns provided you definitely use smartlink (smartlink OP), and preferrably use red ring(or virus shield if you don't have rr on him). Well there is this materials guide by Zynetic that was made after the max stats increase patch came out, but it's a little outdated now, it was created before the addition of centurion/battle, centurion/arms, centurion/power, centurion/mind. I tend to craft my plans a little bit differently than he does. Centurion/Battle will be dropping very soon in summer event, and if you plan to get one eventually you should not use his plans, as they always include v101 stats. http://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/topic/2995-new-material-plans/ Racaseal actually is fairly low base to max differences now that I look at it myself. It seems like you can basically max without any units, something usually only humans can do, most classes need at least one unit for stats. My personal recommendation on a plan would be: No Units Necessary Plan: 115 power mats | 35 luck mats 5 / 129 / 66 / 0 mag 35 luck mats will max luck with red ring on. With v101 you will be maxed. If you decide to use Centurion/Battle over v101 you will only be short by 12 atp (5atp = ~2damage, so even with pb chain 81 shifta it's an insignificant amount), and have the 3 other slots free for other useful utility units (v502, cure/shock, cure/freeze, pb/increase, resist/devil, etc), or you could easily use one of them to put a atp unit in for that last little bit if you want gold numbers. Note that some characters have an extra hidden 0.5 ata at level 200 (idk if racaseal does), if this is the case then you'll be able to max ata with only 65 dex on the mag and be able to put the extra point in pow. Dfp and Evp are not necessary, Racaseal already has high base dfp and evp, and in some cases they are actually undesirable stats to have too much of. Alternate plans that use 1 stat unit (definitely not recommended, the extra slot you get in recommended plan can make up for any differences): Adept plan: Centurion/Ability plan: I hope that helps.
  11. Well, at least the npcs on pioneer 2 have different dialogues. I only fully completed the one quest which had you going after the body of the retired hunter (which required dual logging a 2nd char for the last room), I didn't fully complete the other one to see if it had a different ending (didn't feel like another run at the time), but I think it might end differently.
  12. ...So.... the previous fix, which wiped my common bank as a side effect, potentially caused another problem, which requires my common bank to be wiped again to fix..? Bugs within bugs...
  13. I was trying to transfer some technique disks from my fomarl to my humar via common bank today, but when I tried to deposit a 10th item, it says my common bank is full. This seems to be similar to the issue jonesy88 had :http://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/topic/12033-common-bank-only-will-hold-6-items-max/?p=94437. I took most of the items out now but I left a scape doll and a foie lvl 5 disk that I do not care about in there. I don't know if this is related, but some time ago I had issues logging in to this account and had to have chuk delete the key_data to fix it (http://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/topic/11826-rollback-request-cant-load-character-select/), which ended up wiping my common bank, but I didn't ask for a common bank rollback because the only things stored in there were also techs for my humar which I was just going to farm again or trade for. This is the first time I have tried to use the common bank since then. Guild Card #42111168
  14. To use /npc 6 or higher, you need to have hair option 1 on your character. If you picked it without having hair option 1, you will have to go to the dressing room to fix your character's hair and be able to log in again.
  15. i have a 40 hit and a 35 hit one i could get rid off.
  16. The server is not full, the server was just being a little finicky yesterday. In my experience that error comes up when connection issues are occurring, and it probably wasn't your fault (If it never works for you ever then maybe it's an issue on your end, but it was mostly likely just the server yesterday.) Definitely not the server actually being full, so just keep trying again when you get that message and it should work after a few tries.
  17. Indeed, the first part of the name is what the weapon attacks like, the second part is what the weapon looks like. So Type GU/Mechgun attacks like a gun, looks like a mechgun. Type DS/Wand attacks like a doublesaber, looks like a wand. Type SW/JS attacks like a sword, looks like a j-sword. The type N-SL prefix doesn't appear in game, my Slicer/Claw shows up as Type SL/Claw both ingame and with the reader. Although I notice in your list Kajex that there is both type N-SL/Slicer and type SL/Slicer? Maybe you could test those out sometime and tell us if there is any difference. Note that most of the Slicer type weapons are Melee weapons that only hit one target, none of them throw an actual slicer blade afaik. Btw Jonesy, I am likely to use my Type SW/JS 15h as a prize in my mini event, a donation only custom special TJS seems like a cool thing for it. If you really wanted to give it name, you could technically edit your unitxt to give it one, though only you would see the name.
  18. PRO is always looking for friendly faces around. Even though we require members to download ventrilo, a mic is not necessary, nor do we require that you even get on ventrilo regularly. Members are welcome to use our teambank, but even if you don't join you can hit me up in game (-Saith, Zer0, Sylphiel, Fear_Mell) and I can give you some items from my personal stash to help you get started.
  19. Type weapons are like mini s-ranks. They generally have lesser stats than s-ranks and and generally do not grind as much as s-ranks. The type weapons can only have regular weapon specials added, not s-rank specials like jellen/zalure. I'm not sure how to obtain all of the type weapons, including one of the knuckles, only some of them. I followed this guide to farm a few type weapons for rocky's event which ended up getting undone. I think the notable ones are type sh/shot, type ri/rifle, and type ss/swords. It's basically just copying the pso-world guide for it. By running through max attack 3 v2 in ep 4, if you get enough kills to make 20 points, then you can play the sub-desert roulette in the beak's cafe, which when used for the first time on a char will automatically win and give you a choice of 1 type weapon out of 4 based on gender class. This can only be 1 time on a char, so I kept recreating a level 1 character to dual client while i ran the quest with a lvl 200. It's not too hard to figure out, but even on normal you can't waste a lot of time. I'll run you through it if you like xo. http://schtserv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2053 There is also this other thread about how to get some from beach laughter. I have not tested this because of the large amount of work it takes. Apparently need to do AOL Cup Sunset Base and get cell 502 as well as talk to a certain npc, then need to do ep 1 max attack version 2 with ALL 12 character classes, then need to do ep 2 max attack v2 with ALL 10 section ids, before they become available in beach laughter. If a group of people is willing to help then maybe we can test this one out, but idk if beach laughter is fully working because the talking rock doesn't work and forces me to alt+backspace. http://schtserv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=41660 This is not all the type weapons. I have no idea how to obtain type kn/claw, type sw/js, or type js/saber (and maybe some other ones not listed on pso-world). (js=Jsword=katana)
  20. I confirmed trade window with Mann last night too. The text on items is an issue for sure, but it's also affected the items in other weird ways, though they function normally when equipping and using them. Every box that would normally be an orange box is now a red box, even the boss sabers. Many unidentified weapons is called ?Punch, and when you take it to the tekker it shows a picture of a completely different weapon, such as showing picture of a Clio but the name is Maguwa, or a picture of a Brave Hammer but the name is Rod.
  21. Also, the new government quests for Blue Burst, accessible from the Principal's Office in Normal Mode (i.e. multiplayer), unlock each tier of the One Player Missions. You will have to do up to 2-1 to unlock Caves quests, 3-1 for Mines quests, and 4-1 for Ruins quests. Once you have 4-1 unlocked in multiplayer mode, you will be able to do those old missions in One Player mode. You can do the Government Quests on normal difficulty and they will unlock on all difficulties, as will the one player quests, but that also means that you can only obtain 1 Soul Eater per character from the on player quests now (doing multiple difficulties will not give you another soul eater on a character that already obtained one). Also, Soul Eater is a drop in the Christmas Event, so it is possible to obtain one with actual %s in December/January.
  22. It's whenever they feel like it.
  23. Fyrewolf5

The Missing Maracas - The computer tone puzzles can't be completed. The Tinkerbell's Lost Dog 2 - Neither the lost dog(with cake obtained) nor the rings can be picked up.
