Also, can you check your logs folder and see when the last time you were logged in with that character (other than the time you just noticed that your equipment was gone) That date/time is needed to know when to roll your character back to.

If you lost stuff due to your computer suddenly losing power, you do know that a rollback isn't going to help right? A rollback is restoring your character from a previous point in the database -- if the stuff you lost never reached the database, there is no way to restore it via a rollback.
