And to answer your question Larva. I have a V101, 2x Centurion/ability, and a mag with like 129 POW or so. Also, I was level 192. So that added quite a bit. The Excal boosted the power up quite a bit too, not the base ATP though of course. EDIT: Also, forgot about the Red Ring, lol. That helped.
