They are pretty much exclusively located in the VR Temple in EP2 it seems... Any quests like RT that take place in the VR Temple is where I'd start. Aside from the RT quest, Maximum Attack 2 seems to be the next best quest according to pso-world.com: http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=

R-78
There are usually 4 places used for Rappy hunting Respective Tomorrow (10) Random Attack Xrd Stage, first 2 rooms (7) Regular VR Temple variation A, first 2 rooms (5) Regular VR Temple variation B, check the north corridor then clear the 2 east rooms (7) 5-1 Government quest, same as variation B (7), if you clear the quest you can skip the dialogues for the next runs But as dchamberlin89 said, you better wait until Green Names are on.

AndreBR
im not understand, all names of monsters always show in white letters. You have some printscreen with green names for i can see?
R-78
When the rare monsters boost is enabled, your names are green, not the monster's. Only Larva decides when to turn it on or off, and it usually lasts a few days or weeks.
