Meh, cure/poison units could be filtered out of the bank/invents of players or even replaced by another unit (cure slow for example) as Choko suggested. I don't think players would even notice that that useless unit is gone/replaced. It just is an annoying query to write since you need to mess with the data blob using the SQL language.

Basic login for 2 accounts is done - needs a bit more decoration and prettier error handling.
Panel is reading flawlessly from database - just a bit slow to load.
Change slot panel linked to javascript - this was hell to do, especially to make it 100% secure.
Savescript written, but still contains bugs - lost 2 GM characters during the testing xD

exp doesn't go higher up after reaching lvl 200. You get the exp of the last mob you killed and that's why not everyone has the same exp at level 200. With prestige it'd be a bit pointless. But then again, who knows when it finally be fixed.
