This happens all the time in certain quests. Rare merissa hardly ever spawns during rare monsters in the max attack quests, but appears everywhere in mop up and war of limits. I've had the same issues with rare slimes and lilys in episode 1 max attack quests. I don't think there is a reason this should be happening, as it's only certain quests that are affected. Once you know which quests work for rare monsters, you still can hunt the same enemies. It is for this reason, I never have reported it.

If you are using avast, add the pso folder to your list of exclusions. Avast hated the pso launcher... It's not a problem with other antivirus software.

I loooove the MS Paint job haha. Couple of edits and suggestions: Step 2 - Just because it's not in the list doesn't mean you can't donate for it. If what you want isn't in the list, you can send a PM to larva asking for a price. Step 7 - Always PM larva. Sending a PM to a GM won't do any good until larva has approved of your donation. None of us can see for sure that the donation has come through. Once larva indicates that the donation has been received, any GM can hand out the donated items. Side note on step 8... Only chuk adds your items to your inventory while you are offline. Serverus, Xceptional, Protoss, myself, and any other GM will only redeem in game. I'm not special enough to have write access to edit people's inventory. Only chuk does that.

a few things to try. 1 run the game as an administrator 2 if you are running avast, add pso folder to exclusions list 3 if you registered your password with capital letters, enter them all as lower case. do you get any errors?
