sort of.. she means, dts are more valuable because you can add 5% more, and add hit, which pds/ps cannot. usually people only buy pds with dts for the soul purpose of having a smaller currency or just plain out buying smaller things that you wouldnt want to use dts for.

Drops can be decided in lobby using the /drop style 0 or 1 , shared or individual. Also this server has an added bonus to character stats cap +100, boosted experience gain and easy ways to get currency ( pds pcs mats etc) for when you start gathering gear
