When you send a request from this page https://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/account-management/account-recovery/ You get an Ultima PSOBB account recovery email in which your Username and Guildcard are listed. Right below there is a Recover my Account link which redirects you to the Password change page. Here you don't need to enter anything in the Old password / Key field which should be filled already, just enter the same Username as in the email and the new Password you want. Follow those steps and if that still doesn't work, then message @Soly with the email. Don't leave it here. Also I'm deleting your other topic since it is the same issue.

Thing is that Syncesta is already too easy to get and all year obtainable so the new items would be like worthless

For the incoming event, is it possible to give a special fixed common drop to Olga flow as a reward ? Such as a special weapons badge that you get instead of mesetas or consumable on the boss, and at the end of event people could redeem it for some rewards. Doesnt necessarily needs to be something great, could be like "10 RT badges for 15% attribute on the weapon of your choice" That way, not only people who claim they did over 500 runs of RT could actually prove it but also that makes a consolation prize to people who farmed seriously the PGF without getting it.

Français Bonjour tout le monde! J'organiserai un mini event le 14 et le 15 décembre qui consistera à ajouter du hit sur des armes. Le prix est de 40 pds pour 30 hit, si vous ajoutez 20 hit vous devrez tout de même payer 40 pds. Je pourrai répartir l'ajout du hit. Vous ne pourrez pas monter au dessus de 70 hit sur une même arme. Vous ne pourrez pas en ajouter sur une Dark weapon non plus. A bientôt !
