    That's not quite a good idea. A bad rare that's very easy to get that anyone can get effortlessly shouldn't be worth anything. I think there could possible be an improvement to trading, but it would likely be complicated to implement.

    Ultima's red ring is the same. The reason pso-world has it's stats set is because it wasn't obtaining in the game through normal means. The range on the ultima server is DEP 130-215 and EVP 212|237. Keep in mind since red ring increases all stats by 20, you should add 20 to that range for def and evp. The stats listed on pso-world are the stats of a minimum red ring.

    No you can never use dual birds with HUcast (unfortunately). When you increase your ata over max it doesn't increase the base.

    I was bored so I made a list of my top 20 favorite video games. What are some of your video games? Picking only my top 20 was more challenging than I expected. There are lots of good games out there. I've put over 100 hours into most of these games. Some of them over 1000 hours. 1. Super Smash Bros. Melee 2. Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst 3. Pokemon X & Y 4. Soul Calibur 2 5. Marvel vs. Capcom 3 6. Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition 7. Street Fighter 3: Third Strike 8. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 9. Final Fantasy X 10. Halo 2 11. Yu-Gi-Oh: Forbidden Memories 12. Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance 13. Kingdom Hearts 2 14. Tales of Vesperia 15. Castlevania: Circle of the Moon 16. Tekken 5 17. Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind 18. Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 19. Spyro: Year of the Dragon 20. Crash Bandicoot: Warped Mostly fighting games and rpgs. I may speedrun some of these games some day.

    Yeah, Hylian Shield is better than Three Seals but Three Seals has the advantage of better resistances overall and a Rabarta boost. Hylian Shield Increases resistance by EFR 25 ETH 32 EDK 35, also boosts grantz by 100%,rafoie 75% razonde 60%. They cost about 99-120 PDs. You can wait until September to try to hunt one yourself. I'd recommend you play black paper deal to get stuff like frozen shooter and spread needle. The Zu route in ultimate should be doable with your FOnewm if you're careful, and it'll get you tons of good ranger gear. Since rare enemies are turned on it's a good time to hunt photon crystals.

(You'd have to ask a GM). As Wayne mentioned, a lot of "type" weapons aren't obtainable right now. They used to be available via donation, but they have been removed The main upside of type m weapons is that they can have percentages and hit while s rank weapons can't. (adding percentages with DTs.) Any regular specials could be added to them (not jellen, zalure etc)

    Cyane answered the first 2 well. 3. S-ranked arrest j cutter is very good for all hunters, Arrest raygun is good too (you can get a 50 hit one from restless lion on ultimate). 4. Phonon Maser was available during the Christmas event from Barba Ray on ultimate with certain IDs I'm pretty sure.

    I would say Hylian Shield is the most useful shield on a FOnewm (Increases resistance by EFR 25 ETH 32 EDK 35, also boosts grantz by 100%, rafoie 75% and razonde 60%. Red ring is useful when you're just meleeing for the ata boost. Lastly, merges can be helpful. Especially resta merge. Hylian shield only drops during the triforce event in September, typically from gal gryffon on certain section IDs, red ring drops from dark falz, you can find it in the drop chart. The merges you can make with amplifiers and barriers and sometimes they drop easily during events (like easter).Also anti dark ring is helpful for avoiding instantly being killed by megid easily since it raises your EDK by 60. Drops from dark falz with viridia on ultimate.
