      If you're on cable, wait till offpeak hours if you can. That's the only downside to cable, is the effectively shared bandwidth in it's network. Otherwise, if you're on DSL or even *gasp* dialup, you're kinda in a rock and a hard place.

      Yeah, what is the bandwidth required for PSO? 3 kbps at most? I think you're good spot. The chokepoint used to be quest loading.
