Choko
Some suggestions: Disable UAC. Determine the file is in the psobb ultima directory Set the folder as an exception for your AV and install again. Try using the other exe. RudyArana
Make sure your graphics card supports the resolution you pick.

chuk
You can always skip lunch if you eat a good breakfast and dinner. No but seriously, what error do you get while launching it? Do you get an error code?

RudyArana
If you can get the menu to appear go to options then select a different sesolution; one that is lower, preferably. I'd like to add that if your graphics card is too overclocked to be stable, this game won't launch.
-Spuz-
Make sure the file location is in the correct area, the loader is being used with 'run as administrator' and the loader you use is a direct copy of the original Online.exe. (I don't realy know alot of this stuff but these are problems I have had in the past myself. All I can do to help ;p)

RudyArana
You can try updating your DirectX files... and try running the game with your anitviruse off.

chuk
Did you fix it or still having trouble? If fixed, you might as well share the solution in this topic, right?
