Ten Years Online Ultima!! Happy Birthday!! It's been 10 years already ... never expected this little project to grow so big, to a point of having a 10th anniversary. Again like always I want to thanks to all the member who play's here, who enjoy the community and for actually create a community. With controversy's, dramas, but also with funniest and happy moments. This server have give different things to everyone, we have even held wedding ceremonies. As far I know, playonlinux runs over wine, so I guess you still need to change the wine version and then use playonlinux with Wine-staging? Try that and let us know. Thanks

Ok returning to this. Well i came back to my linux box and got the launcher working. This is what i had to do. For some reason Net Framwork work better with other version of wine. So i unistalled my wine installation and also removed the configuration folder after the uninstall and then i proceed to install the version of wine "wine-staging" this version contains developers and some testing plugins. ok so after installing wine-staging i make sure to set the wine enviroment to work only as 32bits system since net framework works better in to 32bits one. I did that with the following command, wait before running this command make sure to delete the configuration directory of wine with "rm -r .wine" then run this for the 32bit enviroment WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine wine wineboot then I installed Net Framework using winetricks with the following line. $winetricks dotnet40 that will install netframework 4, im using wine in Windows Xp enviroment and the launcher works just fine with the above process. Note that i dont use playonlinux and never used before so no idea about that.

Hello, ok first what version of Wine are you using. also what version of net and how did install it. If the problem i'ts only the launcher then it's something with the net framework. Last time i tried to use the launcher in my linux box i had the same issue, hence i can't make changes to the settings. It's the reason ill sugges we should have a text base or command line settings for linux users like me lol. Maybe we can get that in a future. in the meantime ill keep trying the launcher and ill get back to you.

An ancient curse is reawoken; Thought to be eradicated by the Hunters, The plague was actually merely contained, And now threatens to contaminate the surface once more. Its host creature has mutated, Becoming twisted and ferocious, Easily vanquishing many unsuspecting hunters. The survivors flee in a mad scramble back to the surface, Gibbering madly about the return of the Cursed Belras. The Monster Cursed Indi Belra It has been sighted on ruins on episode 1, seems to be much stronger and more vicious, be sure to bring a full team of hunters to increase your chances of survival. I assume it's stand for connection terminated ? If you been getting disconnected I would suggest to check your internla NET stability, it's your bandwidth been share with other computers, are your downloading something while playing etc... Well probably you already bought everything you need. But here are my two cents experience. I think the same as trigunman I prefer to get a good Mobo and a decent CPU. And I been using Asus Motherboards for the past 15 years!. I have deal with lot of different brands, MSI, ASrock , gygabite, Biostar, evga, Intel. For some reason all this brands did gave problems at least once during the years. ASrock the one that give me the least, and MSI the must. For SSD I would prefer a Samsung over the WD. If you could get the Pro that would be ideal but it's expensive. For power supply EVGA it's fine, but Corsair it's better. That's it. Good luck. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

It's true that all events are welcome by the community, but also that this event it's probably one of the must popular ones. After Six years the event counts with plenty of content to hunt for. Thanks to all the member who have contribute during the years, and to the player who have been here to enjoy the game. And I quote @Cyane with one of my favorites passages for this event... Once upon a time, Ragol was engulfed by the shadows of darkness. The legend said a Hero once rose from among the people, and he destroyed the forces of darkness with the Sword of Evil's Bane. He was Ragol's savior who prevailed over the darkness, and legend proclaims that we will see him return one day. Now the darkness has arisen once again, and the people look to the ancient legends, for the Hero who will bring the light of hope and peace again. Many hunters have ventured forth to explore the planet, braving all the dangerous creatures and dark caves, to search for clues to the catastrophe and find any survivors. So far all have returned empty handed, but yet they still venture forth in search of answers and great treasure; Only those who show true bravery and courage will overcome the darkness, Will you be the hunter to bring light into the darkness of Ragol and emerge victorious?
