That's an interesting finding (and that could cause a lot of false positives in mag feeding checks ) So basically when a mag is fed, any timers that are at 0 are reset?

I think the reason for it being blocked by some services is the history of the files server from the domain (the game gets a lot of false positives). I guess it doesn't hurt to put something in the landing page tho, if that were to be it, that'd be nice.

I meant the permanent fix will require a server restart, whatever desync you were experiencing was not related to this issue, and probably is not even related to the server tbh.

I'd recommend you reinstall the game https://www.phantasystaronline.net/download/Ultima-PSOBB.zip Keep in mind this file is protected by a password, the password is ultima When reinstalling, I'd recommend to turn off your antivirus and before turning it back on, add the game folder to the exclusions list. As for the game downloading the launcher every time, it probably is because the launcher is being removed by your AV.

I have done a temporary fix but I am already working in a permanent fix. A permanent fix for this will require a server restart, but we should be fine either way. Thanks for the report!

Model replacements have been done before, but entirely new things is a different beast. For example... the idea of a Navi mag, which would require some sort of light emission kinda thing, with custom sounds, etc.

if the game does convert it but then it doesn't save, it probably is an issue with the server emulation of the evolutions. Could you tell me your guildcard and which character slot the mag is? Also what you feed it that makes it change I thought we had fixed that, but no idea.

Does the game window flash for a second and then quit? If that's the case, try to adjust your resolution settings

Well, as I said another person was gettick stuck mid download somehow without throwing an error, and he said it was his network somehow... So it's a possibility... since it's not getting an AV error, is not that... But I really don't know.

I haven never seen this, but someone was having an issue where the launcher would get stuck instead, mid download... it seems it was his ISP or something with his connection. I'd advise to look into that... In the meantime, you can download this file and decompress it onto the game folder, it contains all the updates (except the luancher) However since the download is not https, chrome (and other browsers) wont let you directly download it, so copy the link and paste it into a new tab, that should make it work. http://ultimapsobb.com/psobb/v1/update/update.7z
