I am very sorry you lost your items. I do hope you get them back ASAP. Just be patient and it will be resolved soon.

Noob HP is supposed to decrease your HP but is bugged and atm it gives you 300 hp each when you unequip them
Proof of ST is used to make a "wand" (idk this one, i dont use FO) and Arrest Needle when you use it on Spread Needle!!
To elaborate on what Soly said. If you equip a noob/hp and unequip it, the result is increased HP, equip enough of them and you will find your HP probably well over max. It's still bugged and it dropped from X-Mas event from the rappies.
Proof of Sonic Team is an item obtainable at Easter (iirc) and now has been the key ingredient in making two weapons. One is the Psycho Bridge (Uses a Dark Bridge) and an Arrest Needle (Uses a Spread Needle).

That is a screen resolution issue, make sure your desktop resolution, coincides with the resolution on PSO. Remember that in the graphics tab, you have normal or widescreen (widescreen has more resolutions like 1380x760). I hope that fixes your problem, if you need any further help, please let us know.

First of all, sorry to hear about your bug.
Second there are specific formats you need to follow, like the time the error occured, slot number of the character, and pictures of the bug itself. Also remember the server is down atm. especially at the time you posted. Therefore they can't do anything until, it comes back.

a quest forest offens.

Let me clarify on the TP material. It's ONE quest reward from a possible 3, which are solferino, friend ring and TP mat. Remember for some people the quest crashes at the end, and it requires you to do the simulator.
