    Just to make one thing clear @Emewn  IM THE REALEST NIGGA ALIVE lol

    And to be honest here just to stay on topic , I hate @Dutch Ride , let’s hope we never cross paths ok 👌🏼 (still on topic “be honest”)  you guys can’t possibly live under a rock so much so that you believe the word “nigga” is used as racial slur . Quit acting as if you don’t know that . 

    Couple years back I met @makaveli when he was a noob (don’t remember how we met ) but we did a lot of grinding together all the way up until his first pgf , he was my nigga for sure and vice versa good memories with that guy and his brother Levi. I had a very similar experience with @Lone Ranger after that, soge you my nigga. Before all that  way back when I had my first team I remember when @Fyrewolf5 joined the server as saith and he joined the team I thought he was a bit strange as if he thought highly of himself in terms of knowledge. We later moved on to join Shoutgus team Chosen Few where we did countless PODs for STA lol (I didn’t get one that year) but i really started to like the guy more when he was in PRO , he just became a lot more like able and just an all around nicer guy . Shout out to you again man . Of course can’t leave out @dmoney1969 he was my main  nigga always down for the grind . You’re all my niggas ❤️

    Blizzard water gun isn’t recommended since you’re using Humar. Casts are the only ones that get a Blizzard ratio boost and water gun has bad accuracy . Central Control Area enemies have high evp so it wouldn’t work well . 

    Also I do recommend jizai , I use one myself and it’s pretty great , good accuracy , good power , 6 hits per combo. It’s hell seems pretty decent from my experience. 

    All those other weapons they mentioned above are great besides water gun for your class .

    Only casts can use IF and PF.

    But even then human rangers have a lot of great weapons at their disposal, Psycho Ravens and MF for instance. AN is pretty great already too , and many more .

    Arrest Needle is not as good as it could be considering an event item is required to make it.
    Matter of fact a lot of weapons are like that, and I feel some changes should be made to make gear more useful. 
    RAmar & RAmarl get no love, and I must say it disturbs me to see low level human rangers struggle, because the staff member here think it should be that way.
    I understand folks favor melee forces more and what not, but lets be honest. Ultima server isn't balanced at all. Not for human rangers at least.

    I don't speak for myself, because I have nearly everything I need to be effective on each of my 21 characters. They're all geared & capable of decent DPS.
    All of my rangers have Arrest Needle, and I don't even use that weapon, but I would if it had rifle range.

    I made such suggestions for the sake of others.

    There should be no reason the only good base attack spread weapon for human rangers is far out of reach for casual players.
    Many lv200 human rangers still struggle to get a hold of Dark Meteors. It shouldn't be so difficult that folks have to donate to see the kind of DPS they want to achieve.

    I can tell that this server is made as difficult as it is to generate more donations, and I must say it's enough bad of a fact for me to feel the need to point out.

    I hope staff members actually listen to the users, and make changes based on what the users want.

    Last time folks released new gear they were trash. We don't need more collectibles.
    Folks don't even wanna hunt for Two Kamui now a days lol.

    And Two Kamui is quite the collectible. I still need to get me some. Seriously. We don't need more collectible trash gear being released.

     

    Rangers have it the easiest in this game man . All the best weapons are ranger weapons and are easiest to kill the game with .

    Unfortunately you can’t get shouren with hit . You can get guren with hit though which is used to combine with shouren to make the jizai . The only way jizai will have hit is if the guren is equipped when combined so that gurens hit stat carries over . 

    If you’re interested I might have a guren with hit . If you’re specifically looking for shouren cause you have a guren , maybe I have one somewhere

    Thats why I concluded 45 DTs . Wayne and I go way back , wouldn’t it make sense that even though I was going to make one myself already that I could just buy Wayne’s instead of having to ask a gm and what not ? It’s a win win situation he gets his DTs and I get the weapon I was going to get to begin with

    After doing a decent amount of testing with water gun and all specials . The freeze ratio is indeed decent . I only advise to not use it in tower where the evp is insane and HUs aren’t best suited . Tbh I would find it hard to pay 15 DTs for it though do to its lack of accuracy .

    With that amount of hit I would say 10 DTs . 

    I have like 10 of these and personally I don’t think  I’m going to add specials or hit to any...
